heez.. ystd moved in to IH.. very lucky that all the way got someone help me juggle my suuuper heavy luggage.. so yup i reached my rm safely! =) started unpacking a bit first.. after that met my friends to go make student ID.. haha it was done pretty fast.. 5min queue.. took photo on the spot.. after another min.. wala.. i have a uq student card le! but didnt know will take photo otherwise will go wash face first.. comb hair a bit.. lol..=p jkjk.. dont care.. hmm then after that we walked ard the great court area.. took some pics of which i posted on FB.. kelly and i decided to go to the city.. took bus 412 there.. 

with xin yu also! cos it was on the way towards the place she stayin also.. couldnt join us cos she hurt her ankle.. hope she recover soon! yupz.. so we went to city.. and i bought quite a few stuffs that i needed for my rm..=) let me see.. a kettle to boil water, tissue box, cotton buds, detergent, all-purpose cleaner.. lucky me! cos i had kelly to show me where to buy the stuffs.. how to go from sch to city.. lol i totally dont know.. i will definitely have to buck up these few days.. make sure i rmb my way.. but i might take a while longer cos my orientation not very gd.. lol..=p 

quite funny cos no matter what i buy. always try to find the cheapest one.. haha cos abt the same also for the things i buying.. the best buy i got ystd is the kettle! only 10bucks! heez.. realised that it is very impt for ur rm cos can get hot water.. make certain drinks also if u want.. good for winter too..! haha thats why i bought milo powder today.. to drink..=) whenever i want to.. oh ya gg back to my first day.. erm.. went city to shop ard.. then after that we went to meet kelly's mum, who will be ard for this wk.. by then it was abt 5pm plus already and the shops are just starting to close.. haha.. we went down to myers centre (i think its this), to buy dinner.. cos our hostel not catering food yet till this sunday.. was lucky to have kelly to bring me ard! thks..=) i bought a round sandwich thingy.. haha.. with a lot of fillings.. for half price!! cos the bakery was closing soon.. so they sell the remaining pastries for just $3.. after that we headed back.. have a good bath after the first long day.. haha..xD

tmr morn.. went jogging with kelly ard the sch compound..=) after that came back, bathe, get ready to head out again.. went to check out the 2nd hand bookshop at uq union.. and then to the city we go again! haha.. we cont to look for printer again.. cos we are thinking of sharing one.. for printing any docs, notes.. will be more convenient for us.. and cheaper in the long run i think.. hahah.. so far the cheapest we could find was for 50bucks, 3 in 1 printer, lexmark.. still thinking between a few.. will most prob get it by tmr..! we ate at the food court at myers centre.. i ate curry chicken with rice.. though the chicken is like pop corn chicken.. but at least the curry was not bad! haha.. was a pretty satisfying meal.. and for additional 90cents, we bought milk tea.. taiwan pdt!! lol.. nice..=) went to buy a clock, wet wipes, disinfectant spray, cereal also.. 

after that went toowong village.. met a few other friends there also! 
 coles that area.. so coincidental! i bought fruits from a fruits and vege stall there.. there were so many types of peaches on sale.. haha and all quite juicy and sweet.. nice.. in the end i chose the cheapest one 5.99 per kg.. budget..=p but for each one still costs ard 1buck.. i also got apples.. there were quite a few types of apples also.. some were really exp! haha like 1plus buck for one.. i got the normal one.. ard 60cents each..^^

 that went woolsworth to buy milk, batteries for my clock.. bought rice and pasta salad, baked chicken back for our dinner..=) went kelly's rm to have dinner tgt, with her mum as well..=p she prepared vege salad for us also.. quite a filling dinner! after which, headed back to my rm.. have a bath.. met 2 more of my neighbours.. haha..! washed my fruits.. ate one peach..=) spoke to my family on skype!!!! haha.. nice to see them.. will talk to them regularly esp this wk when im still quite free, 'o' wk, lessons not started yet..xD

oh! at first we wanted to go t0 the zoo tmr.. but afraid that it will be a wet weather again like today.. so canceled the plan.. instead we might go another area to shop, walk walk.. indoorphily.. (hopefully spell it correctly).. will jog later tmr cos wont have much to do also.. can wake up later..=p 

oooh will have granola, milk for breakie tmr.. haha.. and maybe an apple.. lol.. think hao liao..^^ hmm thinking if shld get a container.. so that next time if buy snacks like biscuit.. can keep it there.. haha see how..

kaez.. im off to do impt things.. fill in some forms.. and cont with a bit of unpacking..=) hope tmr my lights will be repaired!! heez..
